As I'm sure everyone in the Western world knows, Harry Potter and the deathly hallows is coming out soon. It is the final installment, and suffice to say an extremely drawn out cliffhanger.
I just checked the Toronto Public library website, and there are already 2700 holds for the book. The library increased the number of copies that are being ordered.. from 300 to 571.
The book costs about $30 each. So, my basic math tells me; more than $17000 is being spent by the city of Toronto for this book. I thought this was interesting.

So. I was thinking. What's the point of trying to get to sleep, when I have to get up to go to an exam in three hours?

I have life insurance now. My life is worth a quanity of money. A pathetically low quantity of money.
I'm not sure what to make of this?
I have an official certificate. Why that's necessary, I don't know.
But- if I 'mysteriously' die anytime soon, and my mother is suddenly $1000 richer, I think you'll know who the cuplrit is.

I’m hypocritical. It is just- accepted.
But I HATE it when ‘smart’ people make stupid spelling mistakes. I guess it’s all the English classes I’m taking. But damnit, people it is all so obvious.
Anyways. I’m going back to Kenora for Christmas! 21st-29th.
As well, I have an exam today, and I want to impress the professor. Hopefully it works out. (RA, perhaps?)

That (enrolling for classes) couldn't have worked out any better.
I got everything I wanted, and I have a sweet schedule. And my prof's (the ones that are listed anyway) all have rather good ratings.

FUCK YORK
i almost had a heart attack. according to the fucking computer, I failed NINE credits when the lowest mark i've ever received was a B. It took me twenty minutes to figure out it was a tech difficulty.
Fucking hell.
In other news, I have no idea what my gpa is, but I got pretty fantastic marks.

-and hair products are indubitably my achillee's (sp?) tendon. literally, no self control. The worst part is attempting to justify it to myself. 'But- it was all on sale! so, I'm pretty much getting half of the stuff i bought needlessly for free!' ect. ect.

my life has been pretty much in limbo for the past month.
And, to be completely honest I'm sick to death of it.
